At MozProGain.shop, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Eligible Refunds

• DA 0–30 package is eligible for a full refund if results are not achieved.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.

2. Non-Eligible Refunds

• DA 50+, DA 60+, and DA 70+ packages are non-refundable once work has started.
• No refunds for delays caused by external factors such as Moz metric updates.

3. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal or UPI). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly before opening any payment disputes. Most concerns can be resolved through communication.
